Jennifer Rene Psaki
Psaki is the oldest of three girls. Her birthplace was Stamford Connecticut in 1978 to Eileen Dolan Medvey[8] and Dimitrios R. Psaki(Greek: Demetrios R. Psakes), an immigrant real estate developer and psychotherapist. The couple got married in 1976. Psaki is also of Polish ancestry.Psaki graduated from Greenwich High School in 1996. In 2000 she graduated from the College of William & Mary with an education in English as well as sociology. She is an active part of the Chi Omega sorority. Psaki was a backstroke swimmer on the William & Mary Tribe's athletic team for two years consecutively. Psaki started her career in 2001 as an election candidate for the U.S. Senate of Iowa Democrats Tom Harkin and Tom Vilsack. Psaki was appointed John Kerry's press secretary in 2004. Psaki was the director of communications for Joseph Crowley (U.S. Representative) and also as the regional press secretary of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. MSNBC has announced that Psaki will work as a political analyst throughout 2022 United States elections and during the 2024 presidential election. In 2023, she will host an online Peacock streaming show on MSNBC. [35] Psaki's first TV appearance came on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, where she discussed the shooting at Robb Elementary School shooting.
